About the Business
Established in 1838, the White Hart Hotel is an elegant building situated at the centre of the town of Hayle, Cornwall. Our rooms are tastefully decorated, all en-suite, and original artworks adorn the walls.
The hotel was constructed in 1838 by the shipyard and foundry owner, Henry Harvey for his sister Jane, who married famous Cornish engineer, Richard Trevithick. Due to an increase in business, this was designed to replace the smaller hotel, built in 1824, which is now used as the Masonic Hall. Find out more.
All our rooms feature original works of art from various artists. The owner is an avid art collector, and a range of paintings and statuettes from his collection can be found decorating the rooms of the hotel.
