Andrew has a wealth of experience with over 30 years as both a chef and in Food and beverage management, specialising in pastry, being a member of the exclusive Royal Academy of Culinary Arts alongside such esteemed names such as Raymond Bland. National Ballet. Although Andrew and Mark have only been running the hotel for just over two months they have re-furbished the lounge bar, reception, conveniences and are now working on the guest rooms. As part of the change a new Tea room and coffee lounge (named the 'The Owls' after a family of owls nesting in the gardens) will be opening at the beginning of April offering a fine selection of teas, coffees, homebakes, light lunches and off course hand crafted pastries. The hotel also caters for those special celebrations and events including birthdays', christenings, anniversaries as well as civil weddings and partnerships.
