About the Business
The St Denys Hotel York is a small boutique hotel providing bed and breakfast in the central 'Merchants' Quarter' of York. We offer a characterful and individual place to stay in a converted Victorian rectory sitting opposite a grade 1 listed church which is home to some of the earliest stained glass in York. The area is bursting with excellent independent cafes and restaurants and all the many attractions of the city are but a stone's throw away.
Owned and run by sisters, Maria and Sophie, our small team do their utmost to provide friendly and attentive service so you can make the most of your stay in York. We are small enough to be able to provide personal service when it is required but large enough to offer flexibility and freedom of a larger hotel.
