About the Business
Located overlooking the Shanklin coastline a holiday at the Cliff Hall Hotel on the beautiful Isle of Wight offers a superb location, panoramic sea views and the warmest of welcomes. Built in circa. 1868 for a Captain Thomas Harvey (see history page) this impressive Victorian building retains many original features and has a traditional feel. The hotel has been family run for over 10 years and takes pride in its friendly and relaxed but professional service. All the public areas have a seaview aspect afforded by the hotel's cliff top location as does the garden which is located off the bar and is a place to relax and take in the breathtaking views. Alternatively, soak up the sun or read a book on the new secluded sun terrace while the children chill out or play table tennis in the games room. The garden offers access to the famous cliff path and the lift to the beach is just a stones throw away. For for the more active you can walk down to the beach via steps further along the cliff path.
